• Change of mind or personal circumstances

• Travel issues

• Illness or inability to attend

Our services often involve small groups, personalised preparation, and limited spaces. When you book, that space is held solely for you, preventing others from enrolling.

• Coaching or mentoring sessions

• Breathwork, yoga, or somatic sessions

• Events, classes, or group programmes

3. Transfers & Rescheduling

 

 

In some cases—and at our discretion only—we may allow you to:

 

• Transfer your booking to another programme or date

• Gift your booking to another person

• Move your session to an alternative day

 

 

This is not guaranteed and depends on availability, scheduling, and the nature of the service.

Refunds are not offered to ensure:

• Fairness to other participants

5. Event Cancellations (By Us)

 

 

If we cancel an event, retreat, or session, you will be offered:

 

• A full refund or

• A transfer to a new date
